Job Title: Store Data Entry Operator

Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer, inventory, and sales data into the dealership’s database.
MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide insights on sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
Record Maintenance: Maintain and organize digital and physical records of vehicle inventory, sales, and service histories.
Documentation: Prepare and manage various documents such as sales contracts, service orders, and invoices.
Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and update records accordingly. Assist in inventory audits and reconciliation.
Customer Information: Ensure all customer information is accurately recorded and kept up-to-date.
Coordination: Work closely with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of data entries and correct any discrepancies.
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with data protection regulations.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the store team as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in data entry, with a focus on Excel and MIS reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with MIS reporting .
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A basic understanding of automotive terminology and processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
