We are seeking a Junior HR Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and ensure smooth operations within the HR department. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks & onboarding process at unit level.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure job descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage employee records and ensure all employee information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and performance improvement plans.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Contribute to HR projects such as policy reviews, HRIS implementation, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to support HR initiatives & recruitments.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS.
