Job Description
Executive / Asst. Manager – Human Resource
Core Tasks
• Develop HR policies and ensure training and development of employees of the same
• Effective communication and Compliance of all HR policies
• Designing training programs; Identifying the TNI of the employees
• Design Effective management programmes for implementation of all HR activities by Dept Heads
• Design compensation and benefits packages
• Implement performance review procedures
• Monitor HR department’s budget; Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Support :
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
• Manage employees’ Welfare, including grievances.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
• Assist in talent development, gaps assessment, acquisition, and recruitment processes.
• Conduct employee onboarding process
• Assist in organize training & development initiatives.
• Conduct HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
• Maintain employee files and records, as per statutory needs.
Support to Management
• On new rules related to Employees, issued by various authorities, at regular intervals.
• Meeting all obligations related to Factory Act, Shops & Establishment, PF, ESIC, Other labour laws, as applicable to our industry.
• Develop legal support system, with legal fraternity, as needed.
• Develop Industry related relationships, to acquire knowledge, networking.
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive / Asst. HR Manager in similar industry, midlevel , with 50-100 employees.
• Good knowledge of labour legislation, factory Act, Shops & Establishment, EPFO, Medical and Insurance
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Excellent language and communication skills
• Decision making abilities.
Salary: INR 500,000 to 600,000 (Depending upon the Experience)
