We are hiring for Customer support executive position (Work From Home) – PAN INDIA
6months of Contract
Designation-
Customer Support Associate (CSA).
Job Profile-
Customer support advisor will be responsible for customer service and handling online product delivery related enquires from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information.
Mandatory Criteria-
Minimum HS pass and Freshers can apply
Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI
Customer orientation
Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
Must Have their own System (configuration)
Windows 10 or Windows 11
8GB RAM
Must have own Broadband/WIFI
Processor I5 & above
Power backup
Noise cancellation USB headset ( Reimbursement will be given for 1000/-)
Payouts
Salary for Freshers 12-13K/Month Inhand
Salary for minimum 1 Year experience in BPO and 2 yrs. of experience in any service industry candidate –15-16K/Month Inhand.
