The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a focus on getting empaneled with clients for providing recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, with a proven track record of business development. Exposure to Middle East and European clients is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and build a robust pipeline of business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Empanelment: Work towards getting empaneled with leading companies to provide recruitment services.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Srisaioverseas Recruitments.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
