Business Development Associate (Entry Level)

Shift Timings – Night Shift (US Timings)
Role and Responsibility :
– Persistently pursue new leads and identify prospective leads through warm and cold calling, industry/company events, social media outreach, among others
– Qualify leads with research, identify decision makers, and generate interest in our platform
– Work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership team on strategy, communication, and pipeline updates.
– Support sales team with the coordination of meetings.
– Nurture and maintain strong relationships with prospects, offering updates and insights regarding K3-Innovations and our growth and development
– Maintain and expand our database of contacts. Enter, update & maintain CRM information on leads, prospects & opportunities
– Engage in 60-80 calls per day
– Recognize recurring issues, trends and competitive threats. Identify improvement areas through a consultative process
– You get significant compensation from turning leads into qualified prospects to drive sales opportunities.

Qualifications –
– Bachelor’s degree/MBA or equivalent sales experience required.
– 0-2 year of B2B, medical/dental device or pharmaceutical sales experience.
– Consistent track record of quantifiable sales accomplishments.
– Ability to interface with clients in a professional manner.
– Strong Communications, negotiation, and interpersonal Skill.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM software.
– Excellent time management and organizational skills.
