We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for B2B end-to-end sales activities, as well as collaborating with our various divisions specializing in staff augmentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and foster partnerships in a fast-paced and evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our solutions.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Cross-Divisional Collaboration:
Work closely with our staff augmentation divisions to identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration.
Get in touch with prospect clients and inform them of the service that we provide.
Coordinate with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise effectively in addressing client needs.
Act as a liaison between business development and other departments to facilitate seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
